it begins...

I've been struggling with my weight since high school. I didn't start caring until I got braces and joined the swim team. It hurt to eat and I was exercising a lot. Suddenly my baby fat was gone and I had a strong slim body which I loved. I had struggled with depression even longer. I eventually couldn't get out of bed because I had no energy. I wasn't suicidal, just exhausted. I got up to 135 lbs and hated myself for that.
Since then, I'm trying to take care of my body and improve my mood (yeah. I'm pretty ambitious). It's been 3 years and I'm overhauling my life for the better. This is my way of documenting that journey.
My Plan? I'll keep record of what I consume, how much I exercise, and my weight. I will update my weight weekly. I will post a detailed food plan and exercise plan later when I'm feeling more motivated. It will be detailed.

B: strawberries and kiwi (75 calories)
S: 1 sheet of nori (5 calories)
L: whole grain bagel (300 calories)
   hot tea with stevia (0 calories)
S: dark chocolate (200 calories)
D: brown rice and broccoli (400 calories)
Total: 980 calories
I'm erring on the higher side just in case. I sorta binged of chocolate after being good all morning. I didn't exercise because I was at work until 11 the night before and I was too tired to get out of bed early. I'll become more diligent about that in the upcoming weeks.
