10 Day Challenge

I found the challenge on http://countdowntoskinny.blogspot.com/. I think this is extremely doable. I've practically been doing it every day when I post. Instead of getting depressed about eating that one meal and saying you failed for the day, you grade yourself.  Maybe this will help me reach my first goal of 120 lbs. I'll add my score and weight to my daily posts. I'm all my updates to this specific post.

Day 1- 4/6/11

exercise 2 hrs - 20 points
sleep 5 hrs - 0 pts

Day 2 - 4/7/11
calories 800 - 10 pts
water 2L - 20 pts
exercise 2 hrs - 20 pts
sleep 8 hrs - 20 pts

Day 3- 4/8/11
calories 480 - 20 pts
water 2L- 20 pts
exercise 2+ hrs- 20 pts
sleep 5 hrs- 0 pts
