After a rather promising weigh in, I felt motivated enough to skip breakfast. Today was insanely warm. I had to miss swimming because I had an appointment this morning. I decided to take a day off from biking so I could recover from yesterday but ran my dog so I would get some exercise. Today wasn't a complete waste. I was able to do some studying (I'm a student) and I took skittles advice and got SPF 100 and a cute new hat. It may seem excessive but I'm incredibly pale and not interested in the leathery skin look.B: herbal tea (0 calories)
