work. cinnamon.

I work in a bakery-cafe. I'm that asshole who encourages people to add a cinnamon roll to their meal. I try to play little games to prevent myself from eating the food. Whenever I take an order I'm thinking about how that meat will rot in their intestines, the extra mayo will stick to their thighs, and the white bread will turn into cellulite. I imagine the sugar from their pastry giving them an initial comforting rush followed by the crash, pulsating monster zits, and a gigantic ass. Imagine spending 8 hrs a day doing that. At least I'm getting paid. It's almost like a test to see how strong I am. When I choose my lunch, I stick to a vegan soup or a light green salad.
Ugh. Now I'm craving a cinnamon roll. I'll just chew on a cinnamon stick. Cinnamon is supposed to balance your blood sugar and make you more alert. I'm assuming this craving is my body's way of telling me that my blood sugar is messed up. I've been trying to listen to my body's cravings and satisfying them with a low calorie alternative to prevent bingeing.

S: frozen fruit bar (50 calories)
D: 1/2 a veggie burger (300 calories)

It could have been worse. I ended up not eating until really late in the day. I was famished by then but I limited myself to half a burger.
