tiny misstep...


After following my no food from 7PM-7AM rule for 2 weeks, I had a bad day. I woke up starving. Instead snacking on 1000 calories worth of food that wouldn't fill me, I got a "healthier" personal pizza. It's 300 calories but I'm so full right now. Since that slip-up, I've only had my crystal light energy drink. Hopefully that will speed up my metabolism or, at the very least, act as a diuretic. I'll throw in another 2 hour bike ride to burn off these extra calories.
I've been spending my spare time building up a decent collection of thinspiration. Photos don't really trigger my need to starve but I like to add one to my posts to illustrate what I'm saying. These photos also give me inspiration for future haircuts, makeup, and style. I'm sick of wearing sweats or my older cousin's jeans.  I want to be that girl who has everything together. She goes out on a whim and somehow looks better than the girls who spent 3 hrs getting ready. I'll post my weight loss rewards soon.
I'm also looking up tips for dealing with binges and horrible cravings. My period isn't for another week or two but I need to be prepared. At least I have the topics for two more posts in the very near future. I'll probably have a 200 calorie soup for dinner so my body gets used to expecting certain meals instead of spazzing out randomly.
TO DO LIST FOR TODAY (This isn't in any particular order)
* haircut
* bike ride
* bank
* groceries
* weight loss research
* study for school
* organize photos
* clean out car (it's a mess!)

Total: 500? I'll edit this at the end of the night according to what I actually ate.
