staying strong

I'm still going strong. I haven't binged in almost 2 weeks. I've been exercising regularly and eating healthy foods. Now it's a matter of keeping this up and watching my waistline shrink. Maybe I'll take some proper measurements to see my progress over the next few weeks.
As for the rest of my life, I'm planning on majoring in physics for the next two years. Depending on where I transfer, I'll focus on either oceanography or meteorology. Math and science have always come relatively easy to me. The reason I'm not in a proper university right now is because I became extremely depressed in high school. My grades were horrible junior year and a little clerical error senior year resulted in my GPA being too low to bother applying to schools.
I'm currently living with my parents, working part time, and going to a community college. The hardest part about my current situation is that I know I'm capable of so much more. You know how you're supposed to dress for the job you want? I'm applying that to the rest of my life.
I'm eating less and exercising more.
I'm revamping my wardrobe instead of wearing fat cloths.
I'm being studious instead of coasting along.
I'm going out with people on my days off instead of watching TV all day.

S: a handful of veggie sticks (50 calories)
D: steamed veggies and quinoa (400 calories)
Total: 450
I ate a lot more at dinner tonight but I went all out during my bike ride. Quinoa is supposed to have a lot of protein too. I want to build lean muscle because it's supposed to increase your resting metabolic rate or something like that.
